IMPORTANT LINES AND POINTS IN A TRIANGLE
1. Altitudes and orthocentre: Altitude is measured perpendicularly to the base in a straight line through its opposite vertex. Orthocentre is the point where the three altitudes cross.
Exercise: Find the orthocentre of an equilateral triangle with side a = 70mm.
